SPIGOKOTINI is an Architectural Building designer and Building Contractor

 

Company was Established in 2007 as THABEKHULU PROJECT Lead by Siphiwe Mpanza and Late 2022 was renamed as SPIGOKOTINI (PTY) LTD

 

The rational behind the formation of such business venture took short, medium and long-term view of the economic development, independence (empowerment) and stability as facilitated by the transition to democracy. The advent of affirmative procurement, RDP and Black Economic Empowerment presented key attributes, which eventuated in the formation of SPIGOKOTINI

 

The short term entailed an entry point in the society these will includes project planning and building construction in sectors.

The medium-term view is that of consolidation SPIGOKOTINI position in this field of operation through building capacity (professional skills and financial strength) that will enable it to ensure sustained growth and ultimately acquire a significant stake and become a force to be reckoned with (long term view). SPIGOKOTINI has been in existence through various stages and successfully completed few projects and several others are embarked to be undertaken in the near future.

Siphiwe has been in the field for over 20 years of invaluable experience in built environment practice, after earning National certificate in building construction in 1995 and Certificate in architecture in 1998 he gained experience working with various Architectural firms from 1999 to 2007. in late 2007 he established a practice in architecture and since then has been securing projects across a spectrum of architectural firm include the public sector, in residential, commercials, administration, working drawings and project management. Through his journey he has built a team in building construction industry and he has served as a Construction project manager from reputable established companies across all sectors.

Our mission is delight to our clients by providing excellent and efficient service and craftsmanship through well trained, committed, dedicated, responsible and energetic team. To archive quality work and completed in the least possible time at marked related costs
